Video: Day two of coffin case trial completed
Advocate Org Basson, for Theo Jackson, asked state witness Delton Sithole why he thinks he was confronted by Willem Oosthuyzen on a road used by many other people for no reason.
Adv Basson said that he will argue that Sithole’s version is improbable.
“You were degraded, humiliated and assaulted. You also witnessed someone else being assaulted but you did not do anything about it?”
Adv Basson said that he will argue that Sithole’s story is made up.
The trial will continue tomorrow with Sithole once again taking to the witness stand for Adv Basson to conclude his examination.
