Breaking News: Storm rips through Belfast
A massive storm caused havoc in Belfast and surrounds as it ripped through the town and neighbouring farmsteads late on Wednesday afternoon.
Huge trees were uprooted blocking off roads and destroying houses and vehicles.
Paramedics rushed out on the Dullstroom road after reports of injuries involving vehicles caught two cars caught in the gale force wind.
Although injuries were reported it is unclear how many people were injured and what the extent of their injuries are as emergency services are currently still rushing from scene to scene to assist people in need.
One eyewitness even claimed to have seen a dead goose alongside the road.
