SAPS issues warning to working car guards
Middelburg Police spokesperson, Captain Khanyisile Zwane, condemned the behaviour of people posing as car guards on OR Tambo Street in Middelburg.
Several motorists have complained about men posing as car guards who harass them when they refuse to pay.
Captain Zwane said informal car guards are not an essential service under the current regulations and that they should not be operating during the national lockdown.
