Update: Dennesig power restored
The electricity supply to Dennesig has been restored.
According to STLM Media Spokesperson, Ms Prudence Magutle, the power interruption was not a result of a damaged transformer, but a fault in one of the cables.
The technicians have repaired the fault and electricity is back up and running.
