Eskom warns of possible loadshedding
Due to a constrained and volatile power system, Eskom has warned members of the public that there is a high chance of loadshedding.
In a press release issued by Eskom, it was stated that their systems remain strained and the company has experienced unplanned breakdowns above 12 000 MW.
They once again appeal to members of the public to use electricity sparingly.
•Members of the public have been asked to set their air-conditioning systems at 23ºC.
•Switch off geysers during peak hours.
