Notice: All municipal offices will ‘close on 15 December’
The Steve Thswete Municipality has notified residents that all their offices will close on 15 December.
In the somewhat misleading message, residents are notified that all offices at the municipality will close on 15 December at 09:00.
Luckily, it is only for the day, and not for the rest of December as many feared.
The reason for the closing is that employees of the municipality will be hosting their year-end function.
Electricity can still be bought from vending outlets as well as online. Emergency services will be be fully operational.
