A Zimbabwean national from Newcastle in KwaZulu-Natal appeared in the Middelburg Court on a charge of theft.
It is alleged that Kudakwashe Mbengo (33) stole coal worth R20 000 from S. Mutunguwani and Halcano. He was granted R1 000 bail and will appear in court again in February.
