Police officers in training
Only a handful of candidates have made it through a tough elimination process to become a police officer in training.
Out of more than 14 000 applicants received in Mpumalanga, only 338 were selected.
They were submitted to medical, physical and psychometric tests as well as background checks. Before the students were sent off to training in Gauteng, they were presented to the communities they will come back to serve.
The Middelburg community wishes them well in their endeavour.
