EFF’s protest outside court
EFF members marched from Mhluzi to the Magistrate court to demand the release of Steven Mokoena who was arrested with four others for public violence during protests in Mhluzi last month.
Although no violence erupted the police were on guard.
The crowd later departed when Mr Mokoena was denied bail because he has a warrant of arrest in Johannesburg.
The march leader, Lebogang Masemula, refused to give comment.
