The deceased is 18 year old Charles Sihlangu from Extension 7.
The quarrel started when the deceased’s phone went missing, he then confronted the person he thought stole his phone. The accused Oupa Maseko (18) allegedly stabbed the deceased in the shoulder.
He was declared dead on arrival at the hospital on Sunday.
The suspect appeared in court on Monday and his case was postponed until 25 September 2014.
