DA posters remain on display
Election posters of the ANC, EFF and DA remain fixed to lamp posts, walls and sidewalks, more than a week after National Elections.
This includes DA posters in Kanonkop that were put up more than a month ago during the municipal ward elections.
According to municipal by-laws, the posters have to be taken down within two weeks of expiration of the event.
Following a report earlier this week in which we pointed out ANC and EFF posters hanging at various points in town, the community responded by reporting more points where the posters are visible as well as parts of town where DA posters are also still up.
