  1. I am disgusted with the poor service delivery and water crises! My question is how come Klopper Park, Lower Primrose East and the resevior by Primrose Hill has got water and the residents that get get water from Northride are still waterless. We in this areas that get our water supply from Northridge contribute lots to the municipality in rates and tax and are loyal when paying our electricity, water and rates bills which I can’t say for Klopper Park where residents don’t pay and by pass their electricity. We that pay are punished and those that steel electricity and don’t pay their municipal bills are advantaged how unfair! Yesterday I saw people who stay in formal settlements walking long distances with buckets and pushing wheelburrows seeking water for their families, how cruel, don’t these poor people also have rights! Get the Nigerian drug dealers out of Primrose and look after the poor but honest people in Primrose! When will Northridge have water? I’m sure the Rand Water Board can answer! What is the municipality do when our big area don’t pay their bills, I geuss they will have more problems without our hard earned money!!!! Please try and give me answers!!!!! Thank you for hearing me out!!!! Regarda Yvonne
