The grizzly crash occurred at around 16:00 on the N4 between the Samora Machel and Hendrina offramps.<\/p>\n

Authorities initially reported that four people perished in the crash, but it was later confirmed that a baby passed away in Life Midmed Hospital.<\/p>\n

The accident scene resulted in heavy traffic delays where motorists reportedly sat for over an hour.<\/p>\n
