The accident occurred at around 19:29, when the truck lost control and flipped.
\nFortunately, the driver did not sustain any serious injuries and no one else was involved.<\/p>\n

The Middelburg Fire Department confirmed that there was no acid spill and the accident scene was cleared up by 22:30.<\/p>\n

This is the second incident in January alone, where heavy duty vehicles are involved.<\/p>\n

On 3 January, two people perished after the truck they were travelling jack-knifed and its trailer flipped to its side.
\nTwo of the lanes in the pass were obstructed and the pass was eventually closed to retrieve the vehicle.<\/p>\n
