XP patients are men, women and children who are born without any pigmentation.<\/p>\n

This is an extremely rare condition and they can easily get cancer literally after a few minutes in the sun.<\/p>\n

Entries are R400 per vehicle.<\/p>\n

These funds will be used for much-needed research, protective clothing (especially for the children) and medical assistance for all patients.<\/p>\n

All entrants, and the patients who will also be at the 4×4 day, will receive goody bags.<\/p>\n

Last year there were just over 50 vehicles, but this year the organisers are planning to accommodate 100 vehicles.<\/p>\n

Companies who want to sponsor prizes can have a stall at the event.<\/p>\n
