Advocate Wayne Gibbs, for Oosthyzen, is busy putting the version of his client to Mlotshwa, who says that he carries no knowledge of their version.<\/p>\n
Gibbs said that Oosthuyzen will testify that he met Mlotshwa on his employer’s farm and that he ran away, crossing a railway track into Jackson’s employer’s farm.<\/p>\n
Oosthuyzen phoned Jackson to inform him of the situation. They agreed to meet at a house near the Big House squatter camp when they noticed Mlotshwa walking and took two different roads to apprehend him.<\/p>\n
Gibbs said that Oosthuyzen will testify that Mlotshwa had a black bag as well as a stick with a bolt at the end in his possession.<\/p>\n
Mlotshwa denied this saying the only thing he had in his possession was money.<\/p>\n
Adv. Gibbs said that his client will testify that Mlotshwa picked up the instrument in a threatening way where after Oosthuyzen allegedly said that if he hits him with the stick, he will hurt him back. He then allegedly managed to take the stick off you.<\/p>\n
Oosthuyzen will testify that he asked Mlotshwa about the contents of the bag in his possession and he replied that it was clothing.<\/p>\n
Whilst adv. Gibbs voiced his client’s version to Mlotshwa, he repeatedly denied carrying any knowledge thereof.<\/p>\n
After Gibbs concludes his cross examination, advocate Org Basson, on behalf of Jackson, will get his turn to ask questions to Mlotshwa about his version.<\/p>\n
