www.mobserver.co.za<\/b> prized racing pigeon was bought last Saturday at the Pionier Duiweklub\u2019s auction.<\/p>\n

And whilst the debate raged whether to name the winged hero Deadline or Sensation, the club\u2019s Pieter Goosen found a solution to the problem and suggested two racing pigeons for the newspaper.<\/p>\n

Sensation was bought last week and Goosen is busy with the breeding process for Deadline – yes fairly ironic that Deadline was rather delayed.<\/p>\n

Should the racing pigeons win any competitions, a portion of that prize money be shared with www.mobserver.co.za <\/b>who in turn will donate it to a charitable organisation.<\/p>\n

Johnson\u2019s Crane Hire have committed to match the amount the pigeons win with a donation of their own.<\/p>\n

It is collaborations like this that make Middelburg a special place!<\/p>\n
