ROAD CLOSED for your safety.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 TRAC N4 Toll Route (@TRACN4route) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TRACN4route\/status\/765434937512173569\">August 16, 2016<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The portion of highway where the incident occurred is under heavy construction and was congested with traffic.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately no one was injured and the road re-opened at 10:00.
