A post mortem was also done on the dog and a report was given to the SPCA and police.<\/p>\n<p>Utla briefly appeared in court on Wednesday. He is charged under the Sexual Offences Act for bestiality and under the Animal Protection Act for torturing of an animal.<\/p>\n<p>The case was removed from the roll pending the outcome of DNA.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A woman called the Observer and stated that Utla&#8217;s surname is in fact Masilela.
