This was not planned otherwise people would have been given notice in advance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>She added that municipal workers busy with the servers were working around the clock.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey are trying their best to get the paypoints at the garages to be operational in the meanwhile. As soon as the first point is operational I will be informed to relay the information. All systems and phones are also off at the municipality.
