The Boerboel as a breed has become very popular in all parts of the world, including the US and Canada, Europe, United Kingdom and Russia. In January of 2015, they became officially recognized as a breed with AKC (American Kennel Club) in the US.<\/p>\n
My oldest Boerboel just turned eight years old, and I have been doing rescue of Boerboels in the US for about the same period.<\/p>\n
My female is very athletic, and she is also a registered Therapy Dog with TDI here in the US.<\/p>\n
