Combrinck s\u00ea die palissadeheinings verskil al hemelsbreed in kleur, weens die gereelde vervanging daarvan, wat nou sy sak lelik begin ruk.<\/p>\n<p>Die polisie word telkens na die toneel ontbied, maar s\u00ea mnr. Combrinck s\u00ea riffelstroke moet verder af geplaas word om motoriste se spoed te verminder, voor die groter spoedwal by sy huis.<\/p>\n<p>Hy s\u00ea dat hy sedert 2002 nege maal sy palissadeheinings moes vervang, en dat hy elke keer &#8216;n R1000 bybetaling het.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Wat my stomslaan is dat die polisie nooit soberheidstoetse doen nie, selfs Vrydagnag by die botsing waarin die vrou gesterf het,&#8221; s\u00ea hy.<\/p>\n<p>Waarnemende munisipale bestuurder, mnr.
