It is not wrong for two male members to be speaking to females, regardless of where they stay.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We cannot question each and every police vehicle&#8217;s movement, unless there is a complaint about such a vehicle and the complaint is in writing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Capt.
