Social workers at the Tswelopele Frail Care Centre<\/a>, in Hillbrow, are desperately searching for one of their residents.<\/p>\n

Horst Grobelyn (84), who suffers from dementia, went missing from the centre on May 8 and hasn\u2019t been seen since.<\/p>

It is believed he may be in either the Germiston or Johannesburg East areas.<\/p>\n

Grobelyn suffers from memory loss and some days he cannot even remember his name.<\/p>

He has light brown, shaved hair, brown eyes, weighs 60kgs and is 1.5m tall.<\/p>\n

He was last seen wearing grey tracksuit pants, a royal blue tracksuit top and a white T-shirt.<\/p>\n

He has a patch on his left shoulder and old wound scars on both arms.<\/p>\n

He was reported missing at the Hillbrow Police Station.<\/p>\n
