Hospice East Rand recently opened a charity shop in the Roirama Centre, located in Hawk Street, Elspark.<\/p>\n

Queues of excited customers waited patiently for the shop to open so they could get their hands on all the bargains on offer.<\/p>

The shop sells good quality secondhand clothing, household goods, ornaments and bric-a-brac.<\/p>\n

The new Hospice East Rand charity shop in Elspark has a wide variety of goods on offer.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cWe are always in need of goods to sell so when next you are cleaning out your cupboards please think of us,\u201d said Laura Kirsten, Hospice East Rand fund-raiser and public relations officer.<\/p>

\u201cVolunteers are also needed to assist shop manager Gert Jacobs.\u201d<\/p>\n

If you would like to donate goods or assist as a volunteer, call Gert on 011 893-0171.<\/p>\n

Hospice East Rand now has ten charity shops on the East Rand.<\/p>\n

All proceeds raised in the shops are used for the care of terminally-ill patients.<\/p>\n
