far marchers a no show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The GCN is on scene at the Germiston civic centre, where the area has cordoned off in anticipation of a service delivery march.<\/p>\n<p>There is a strong EMPD presence.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>However, all is quiet and no marches have arrived.<\/p>\n<p>Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police, told the GCN that an unknown number of residents from the Marathon informal settlement were expected to march today to demand better service delivery.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>The marchers have not arrived at the designated meeting spot, to start the
