This man is here in our presence today.Honourable President, in these very chambers, just five days ago, you broke parliament.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cPlease understand, Honourable President, when I use the term \u2018honourable\u2019, I do it out of respect for the traditions and conventions of this august House; please do not take it literally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou, Honourable President are not an honourable man.
