practise times and dates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tebbutts Mixed Martial Arts Academy re-opened last Monday, January 12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The club practise every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 6pm to 8pm, and every Saturday, from 6am to 8am, at the Lambton dojo, 8 Hilton Avenue.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>To join the club, or for more information, contact Master Alex Tebbutt on 082 925 9751.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Germiston Callies re-opened last Tuesday, January 13, and hold time trials every Tuesday, at 6pm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The trials are over 4km and 8km distances and start at the Germiston Stadium, on Delville Road, Northand.<\/p>\n<p>All runners and walkers are welcome.<\/p>\n<p>The clubhouse will be open after the time trials, every Tuesday, for people who want to join the club.<\/p>\n<p>For more information contact Andr\u00e9 Berrange on 082 826 1961.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Germiston Simmer Rugby Club also re-opened on Monday, January 12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They hold practises every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from 6.30pm to 8pm, at the Germiston Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact Nadia Carlse on 082 804 1831.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Luso Africa FC&#8217;s senior team started with pre-season training on Tuesday, January 20.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Players, 18 years and older, are welcome to join the club;
