Traffic had already started to back up due to the incident.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>ER24 Spokesperson, Russel Meiring said in a statement, \u201cOn assessment, paramedics discovered that the man had sustained fatal injuries to his head and chest.
