{"id":68453,"date":"2014-09-10T11:03:00","date_gmt":"2014-09-10T09:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/germistoncitynews.co.za\/68453\/two-arrested-for-assault-gbh\/"},"modified":"2014-09-10T11:23:38","modified_gmt":"2014-09-10T09:23:38","slug":"two-arrested-for-assault-gbh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/develop.citizen.co.za\/germiston-city-news\/news-headlines\/2014\/09\/10\/two-arrested-for-assault-gbh\/","title":{"rendered":"Two arrested for assault GBH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Primrose Police arrested two suspects, aged 24 and 29, for assault GBH, in the Makause and Marathon informal settlements.<\/p>\n<p>The first incident recently occurred in the Marathon informal settlement, where the victim alleged that she was draining water that had allegedly been poured into her yard by the suspect.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>The suspect&#8217;s husband allegedly came over and started arguing with the victim and, when the suspect heard the argument she came out, picked up a brick and hit the victim with it.<\/p>\n<p>The victim suffered injuries to her back.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>The second incident took place in the Makause informal settlement, on September 1, when, the victim alleged, he had an argument with his neighbour about tools that he had lent to him during last year.<\/p>\n<p>The victim claimed that when he demanded his tools back his neighbour went inside his shack and brought out a piece of metal with which to strike him.
