Whisk well, add the condensed milk and whisk well until smooth. Add the lemon juice a little\u00a0at a time until all the juice\u00a0has been mixed in and the\u00a0mixture has thickened. Use the biscuits to line the base of a 24 cm\u00a0tart dish. Spoon the filling\u00a0over the biscuit layer. Arrange the strawberries on top.
