The metro has appointed Ndlala Mass Valuations Services to undertake supplementary valuations of the current valuation roll for 2013-2017.<\/p>\n

These supplementary valuations will include new townships, newly completed buildings, subdivisions and consolidations.<\/p>

The municipality, therefore, appeals to residents to cooperate with the company representatives by granting them access to their properties.<\/p>\n

For security reasons, residents are advised to always request identification before granting the representatives access to their property.<\/p>

As a form of identification, they will be carrying identity cards bearing the Ekurhuleni logo, and these will reflect telephone numbers that can be contacted for confirmation.<\/p>\n

They will also be wearing Ekurhuleni branded T-shirts.<\/p>\n

Their operating hours will be from 8am to 5pm on weekdays.<\/p>\n
