{"id":48503,"date":"2013-11-14T09:20:00","date_gmt":"2013-11-14T07:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/germistoncitynews.co.za\/48503\/come-and-play-at-santas-playgroundora-thrill-for-children-of-all-ages\/"},"modified":"2013-11-14T09:31:57","modified_gmt":"2013-11-14T07:31:57","slug":"come-and-play-at-santas-playgroundora-thrill-for-children-of-all-ages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/develop.citizen.co.za\/germiston-city-news\/lifestyle-news\/entertainment-news\/2013\/11\/14\/come-and-play-at-santas-playgroundora-thrill-for-children-of-all-ages\/","title":{"rendered":"Come and play at Santa&#8217;s Playground"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Due to popular demand, @thePark Events (PTY) Ltd is bringing back the ever popular Santa&#8217;s Playground.<\/p>\n<p>Held at @thePark Events, next to Emperors Palace, Santa has a big surprise in store for both young and old, with a brand new and exciting playground consisting of 16 inflatable rides, 18 fun fair rides and a new toddler play area and children&#8217;s pools.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>Santa&#8217;s Playground will offer a unique entertainment experience in a safe and secure environment, under adult supervision, as well as lifeguard supervision at the water park area.<\/p>\n<p>Live music will entertain visitors on a daily basis and, to make the experience even more fulfilling, a number of prize and cash giveaways will also take place at the playground.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>There will be a range of food and beverage stalls, including merchandise from selected brands.<\/p>\n<p>The big prize that will be given away this year is a trip to Disney World for a family of four, all expenses paid.<\/p>\n<p>Every person that enters through the gate will get an entry form and will be able to enter the competition.<\/p>\n<p>The park will be open daily from December 1 to January 12, 2014, from 10am to 10pm, weather permitting.<\/p>\n<p>The fun fair will be open on weekdays from 2pm to 10pm and from 10am on public holidays and event days.<\/p>\n<p>The water park will close at 7pm.<\/p>\n<p>Santa&#8217;s Playground has more treats in store, with Santa&#8217;s Playground Concerts on the following event days:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>December 1: Santa&#8217;s Bikers&#8217;
