burnt and injured body found outside Germiston substation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The body of a man, believed to be in his 20s, was found lying on a pylon outside a substation on Lambert Street in Germiston.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 11.06am on Tuesday to find the local authorities already in attendance,\u201d said Russel Meiring, from the ER24 communications office.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cOn closer inspection, medics found the body of a man lying on a pylon outside the substation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe man was assessed and found to have sustained burns over most of his body, as well as serious injuries to his legs.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cUnfortunately, nothing could be done for him and he was declared dead on the scene.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The details surrounding the incident are not
