consumer billing system being rolled out in Germiston"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The City of Ekurhuleni is in the process of migrating to a new and improved consumer billing system.<\/p>\n<p>The new system will be rolled out in phases until June.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>The roll-out of the system to Germiston Customer Care Centre will take place between May 9 and 20.<\/p>\n<p>The billing processes will be affected during the system migration; therefore, account statements, including on the Siyakhokha website, will be delayed.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">ALSO reminded to continue paying their monthly account by the due date, as credit control measures will still be applied.<\/p>\n<p>The metro has established a dedicated Siyakhokha WhatsApp number (063 306
