This is according to Bianca Viljoen, spokesperson for Health Squared Medical Scheme.<\/p>

\u201cIn stressful times such as these, telephonic support services can assist individuals to better manage their response to the circumstances they are facing.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Viljoen, the benefits of this type of support could make all the difference to the individual and their family, potentially for years to come.<\/p>\n

\u201cUnderstanding how financial, legal and psychosocial difficulties may affect both mental and physical well-being, these telephonic assistance services offer practical and cost-effective support to remove sources of stress that might otherwise accumulate and grow,\u201d Viljoen concluded.<\/p>\n
