CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation is calling on all South African children, teenagers and adults to get the family together and tap into their culinary creativity by baking absolutely anything around the theme \u201cWho is your Superhero?\u201d<\/p>\n

From biscuits to cupcakes and carrot cakes, when it comes to our very own superheroes anything goes.<\/p>

Whether it\u2019s your mom, a teacher, Superman, nurses or policemen, put on your thinking cap and go crazy.<\/p>\n

Bake something that relates to your superhero.<\/p>

Challenge yourself to only use what you have available in your home and remember it just needs to look good as there will be no tasting from the judges.<\/p>\n

How to participate:<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Make a R50 donation to CHOC on either www.givengain.com or on the CHOC website www.choc.org.za.<\/p>\n

* Get baking by raiding the cupboard \u2013 be as creative as possible with your ingredients.<\/p>\n

* Take a picture of your baked item and tag us on social media. Remember to include your superhero category (e.g. Mini Superhero)<\/p>\n

* Bake-off challenge ends midnight on April 24 so be sure to submit before then.<\/p>\n

Categories:<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Category A: Mini Superheroes (12 years and under)<\/p>\n

* Category B: Teen Superheroes (ages 13 to 19)<\/p>\n

* Category C: Adult Superheroes (20 years and over)<\/p>\n

The top three most creative in all categories will be selected by CHOC and the public will get to vote for their favourite and will win awesome prizes sponsored by Vodacom, The CHOC Cows and CHOC.<\/p>\n

CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA is the largest non-profit organisation working in the field of childhood cancer. Every year, they provide services to approximately 2 500 children, teenagers and their families. Their core services are aimed at ensuring that all children are diagnosed with cancer and receive the care and support they need in order to increase their chance of survival.<\/p>\n
