Morgan told the GCN that the feedback she has received is that the outage is due to an equipment failure.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cIt will take about five hours to restore the power, so power should be restored by approximately 7pm,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"stream-item
