(March 3).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Metro technicians are busy allocating the fault on the feeder cable,&#8221; said Ward 39 councillor Alta de Beer.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;It is estimated that power will be restored to the area by 9pm.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The latest outage comes a week after a large scale power outage
