allegedly assaulted and almost stabbed by boyfriend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Primrose police recently arrested a 37-year-old man on a charge of domestic violence after his girlfriend opened a case against him.<\/p>\n<p>The Makause informal settlement woman told the police she was allegedly attacked by the suspect after finding him with another woman.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item officers she had visited the suspect\u2019s shack to get money for food,\u201d said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen she arrived, she reportedly found her boyfriend making love to another woman, and she questioned him.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cWithout a word to her the suspect got dressed and then allegedly attacked her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe claimed he punched, kicked and tried to stab her, however, his brother intervened and she was able to escape.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Using the description given by the victim, officers were able to trace and arrest the suspect.<\/p>\n<h4>ALSO READ:\u00a0<a class=\"anchor_post\" has since appeared in the Germiston Magistrate\u2019s Court, where his case was postponed for plea and trial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe once again appeal to our residents to seek help when they experience
