Hirsch\u2019s Meadowdale recently hosted a dynamic Women in Business Networking event with entrepreneurs from the community.<\/p>\n

The women were eager to network and listen to Refiloe Radebe\u2019s talk entitled Follow your Bliss or Living on Purpose.<\/p>

Refiloe is a life coach, speaker and teacher of mindfulness.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe uses mindfulness to help clients with alignment in their lives.<\/p>

\u201cThe integration of the seven major areas of life that she incorporates assists to create meaningful sessions that inspire holistic growth and relations,\u201d said Chantelle du Plessis, public relations officer for Hirsch\u2019s Meadowdale.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese areas are spiritual alignment, emotional freedom, body love, relationships, financial goals, career satisfaction and social interactions\u201d.<\/p>\n

After Refiloe\u2019s talk, networkers were given the opportunity to present themselves and their businesses in a 30 second elevator pitch.<\/p>\n

This was followed by some lucky draws, networking, sharing of business cards and refreshments.<\/p>\n
