charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Eskom said in a statement that there will be an increased possibility of loadshedding over the next 18 months as the company carries out critical maintenance to restore their aging power plants to good health.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>Stage two calls for 2000MW to be rotationally the power system.<\/p>\n<p>The power utility appeals to residents and businesses to use electricity sparingly during this period.<\/p>\n<p>Please switch off geysers, as well as all non-essential lighting and electrical appliances to assist in reducing demand.<\/p>\n<p>Customers are reminded to treat all electrical points as live during loadshedding.\u00a0<span
