Sports Bar and Restaurant in Porter Avenue, Sunnyridge, they left the pavement in a bad state of disrepair.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Top five stories of the week<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Customers have come to Annetjie Holland, who with her husband Robbie, own RA\u2019s Sports Bar and Restaurant, complaining about the danger they could potentially be in when trying to walk on the pavement to enter the establishment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pole was replaced by the Energy Department, and we will repair the pavement by December 20,\u201d said Themba Gadebe, spokesperson for the metro.<\/p>\n<p>Annetjie and Robbie have not only been waiting since June for the problem to be solved, but they also have been told by their customers that they will sue them if someone gets hurt by tripping on the damaged pavement or if their cars are damaged by someone tripping and falling onto them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI get told by our customers that we should fix the pavement, but I told them that we are inside and not outside and the municipality should be fixing the problems they are making outside,\u201d said Annetjie.<\/p>\n<p>This has also allegedly caused RA\u2019s Sports Bar and Restaurant to lose customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Have a
