due to breakdowns, Eskom is implementing stage two rotational<b>\u00a0<\/b>loadshedding again today from 9am and this is likely to continue until 11pm.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span measure of last resort to protect the power system<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">The power utility appeals to residents and businesses to use electricity sparingly during this period.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Please switch off geysers, as well as all non-essential lighting and electricity appliances to assist in reducing
