Drain and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a pan heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add sweet corn and cherry tomatoes to pan and saut\u00e9 until corn is cooked through, about three minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add cream cheese to pan and stir until cream cheese is melted, about two minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Add the pasta to pan and toss to coat with sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Reserve two tablespoons of chopped cilantro for garnish.
