Take your madeira cake and cut it in half, spread your icing sugar on the top of the one half and place the two halves on top of each other. Then using a piece of cardboard wrapped in baking\u00a0paper, place your cake on top of it. Continue icing the whole cake and add coconut all over. Decorate the cake with your choice of sprinkles and add bunny ears\u00a0using\u00a0paper or cutting round marshmallows in half. Place the cake on a tray with some Easter\u00a0chocolate\u00a0eggs, green cake sprinkles and voila!
