yesterday morning (Saturday).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe areas supplied by this line\u00a0include Sunnyridge, Sunnyrock, Solheim, Fishers\u2019 Hill, Dawnview, Symhurst, Wanneburg, Gerdview, Homestead, Rustavia, Elandsfotein, Klopperpark and parts of Primrose,\u201d said Ward 36 councillor Wendy Morgan.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post Water supply line leaves several Germiston suburbs dry<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Despite the efforts by Rand Water technicians to repair the pipe and restore water to the effected areas, water has still not been restored.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement Rand Water said, &#8220;Following proper inspection and assessment of the situation we have regrettably found that the damage to the pipe is more extensive than was initially reported.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;The latest estimated completion tome for repairs is tomorrow afternoon (Monday).<\/p>\n<p>Together with Johannesburg Water and the City of Ekurhuleni we are making provision for water tankers,&#8221; the statement continued.<\/p>\n<h4>ALSO READ:\u00a0<a available they will have to go and refill regularly,\u201d said Morgan.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan further pleaded with residents who&#8217;s water has returned to still use water sparingly.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Using water as you normally would will drain the reservoir and prevent it filling,&#8221; said Morgan.<\/p>\n<p>She further informed the community not to panic if they see water pouring from fire hydrants in the area.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If you see water coming from local fire hydrants do not panic this has been done to relieve pressure on the system and get rid of
