surrounding informal settlements in Primrose and the schools.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith this initiative we thought we could help reduce the school\u2019s financial burden of having to buy paint and pay for labour to get the handrails painted, by doing it ourselves,\u201d said Lucky Metso, deputy chairperson of the Primrose SAPS Youth Desk.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post
