Forming part of the Intercontinental GT Challenge powered\u00a0by\u00a0Pirelli, crowds can expect eight manufacturers, Audi,\u00a0Bentley, BMW,\u00a0Ferrari,\u00a0Honda, Mercedes AMG,\u00a0Nissan\u00a0and\u00a0Porsche<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>vehicles in FIA GT3 specification to take to the track.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve spent years trying to get this African leg of the series off the ground. To finally have it all locked in is a massive achievement and one that I am absolutely delighted about having an African part of this championship means that we are now across\u00a0five continents. Historically, attendees saw vehicles like the\u00a0Porsche 550 Spider as well as the\u00a0Ferrari 250 GTO\u00a0and\u00a0512M battle it out. The racing series hosted at Kyalami also saw drivers such as Jacky Ickx,\u00a0Jochen Mass\u00a0and\u00a0David Piper compete for the podium.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cWhen St\u00e9phane came to me with this suggestion, I didn\u2019t hesitate in letting him know that I was keen to get involved, Kyalami\u00a0has always been the stage for iconic motorsport events, and to have the\u00a0Kyalami 9 Hour\u00a0return here is truly special.
