For many community members the long Easter weekend offers the ideal opportunity to escape reality for a little while.<\/p>\n
With this in mind SANRAL has sent a warning to motorists to prepare for the peak travel period.<\/p>
During these periods traffic conditions can be demanding and stressful.<\/p>\n
Drivers are, therefore, advised to plan their trips in advance and be aware of road and weather conditions ahead.<\/p>
Motorists are further urged to remain patient and courteous, stay alert and take regular rest stops during their journey.<\/p>\n
Traffic volumes are expected to be exceptionally high in the following areas during these times:<\/p>\n
